It complies with Cessna Supplemental Inspection Document (SID) 57-10-08 which makes the Modification due when the aircraft reaches 20 years.

* If you’re Aircraft Logs Are Not Complete. This will Change Your Compliance Time. For 401-402B & 411 aircraft it makes the AD due within 100 hours from the June 22, 2005. On 402C & 414A aircraft it makes the AD due within 400 hours from June 22, 2005.The above AD’s are intended to prevent wing spar cap failure from undetected cracks. That would result in loss of a wing leading to loss of aircraft control during flight.
